The reason for this conundrum is that the company used to be a division of a large Grounds Maintenance and Soft Landscaping company but, as it got more and more involved in hard landscaping and minor civils works, it became clear that its focus was becoming very different from its parent organisation.
Consequently, Vale Construction (North West) Ltd. was created as an independent company – albeit with an already market leading management team and business infrastructure.
Concentrating primarily on external works including traditional Hard Landscaping and Civil Engineering works, Vale Construction usually takes on projects worth between £1 million and £1.5 million, including principally, commercial and residential developments, including the construction of fencing, brickwork, paving and other street works.
